Video player not showing up and Adblock software
We had a question asking why the video on sermons and webcast was not showing up anywhere. It turns out older versions of Firefox and possibly other versions allowed ad blocking plugins and software to interact with the website scripts causing the player to not show but leaving a space.
The plugin that caused this for us was Adblock 0.5.3.043 and the only work around was to disable the plugin. This was under Firefox 3.0.19. The newest version is version 3.6.3. If you have an old version of a web browser please UPGRADE to the newest.
If you have issues seeing content, please turn off and disable any ad blocking software this may fix the problem for you.
